By using Chk-in ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Chk-in is a coaching support tool that facilitates communication and progress tracking between fitness coaches and their clients. The app provides features including weekly check-ins, body metric tracking, progress photo uploads, nutrition logging, and workout management.

2. Not Medical Advice

Chk-in is not a medical application. Nothing in the app — including coach recommendations, nutrition suggestions, or AI-generated content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have existing health conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Chk-in, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your check-ins and profile
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them
• Use the app only for its intended purpose of fitness coaching
• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Notify your coach or us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt to access another user's data or account
• Use the app to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Use automated tools to scrape data or overload the service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Chk-in is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data and photos you upload, but grant us a limited license to store and display that content within the app for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chk-in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated suggestions, calorie estimates, or automated content within the app.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. Your coach may remove your access to the app, and you may request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
